Examples include software development, technical project/program management, and leading global software delivery teams delivering business critical software products to market. Throughout his various roles, Brad is consistently recognized for his skills and passion for growing individuals and building high performing global teams. Brad's servant leadership mindset guides his leadership style and his passion for the transformative power of coaching engagements. He is certified as a leadership coach through the world renowned Hudson Institute of Coaching and in talent development assessments from the Hogan Group. As part of his personal passion and Intel's commitment to grow their employees, Brad is actively providing leadership coaching to individuals and groups internal to Intel. In addition, Brad provides a limited amount of coaching services externally.
